Hello!
I’ve been mia for awhile. I’m still here! Getting geared up for back to school and that’s a good thing. I’ve been in a bad place as far as eating and activity goes (and attitude). Back to routine will be great, and I’m using the last days of vacation to clear out the cobwebs of the summer.
We bowled last night with the kids and had great fun. Today we went for a bike ride. First time in a long time for me but we enjoyed it so much. Tomorrow we are headed to the Toronto zoo, so we will have another good day.

Good Morning Warriors!!!It has been a very busy week for me. I have tried everyday to stay on track with my eating habits, but I always seem to give in to temptation at the end of the workday. I always try and I know one day I will get the will power back to say no. I really need to get off sugar I think. I think that sugar drives my cravings to eat poorly. I am going to make a goal for next week to not eat added sugar. On the upside' I have done some form of exercise and have had my steps way up! I am getting there, it just takes time and patience.I hope everyone is enjoying the team and all it offers.

Yesterdays goals have been met I got my water in I moved around a little and I logged under my calories impressed with myself haha at the doctor's now and they weighed me think my scale is wrong cuz it says 183.4 last check I was at 187!! I'm going to get new batteries! I'm feeling so much better pressing on today with the same goals!!3
