    Omg I work in a restaurant. Its more of a renegade kitchen because I am the cook, dishwasher, prep, cashier and server. You could only imagine how hectic (or good I am to have last this long) it has been...not to mention I am one of three employees for the place. Non stop and tons of hours

    I HAVE BEEN PRETTY BLESS 2 SONS I ADORE..... THEIR MOM WHOM I HAVE JUST ADORED FOR THE 30+ YEARS......
    3 GREAT CAREERS AND NOW RETIREMENT.... WHAT ELSE COULD A MAN ASK.FOR....
    GIVE ME SOME CHUCK MAGIONE...GIVE SOME FEELS SO GOOD...GIVE ME SOME BELLAVIA....AND YOU CAN'T FORGET THE CHILDREN OF SANCHEZ.... SITTIN HERE LISTEN TO HIM AS I TYPE AND OMG I HAVE MISSED THIS MAN AND HIS CREW... IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS ...

    No change, mind you I realized my foods have had higher sodium levels then they used too. I don't eat much salt so my body has had a bad reaction to it

    Aww thank you everyone!

    I wish I had better words for everyone who is struggling than just hang in there. The only real advice I can offer is to review your food plan, see what tweaks you can make that can make it work better for you. I do that every time that I feel like I’m struggling or over hungry. Hang in there everyone you can do this.

    HEY THANKS TO MY 2 PARTNERS @shockvalue07 AND @Fitness327wk ..... FOR COVERING WHILE I WAS OUT ALL DAY TODAY... MARCIE'S CLASSROOM WAS GETTING PUT TOGETHER BY ME AND CLEANED BY ME WHAT THE CUSTODIAL STAFF DOESN'T DO DURING THE SUMMER. SO THANKS LADIES I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

    1. 100 or below net carbs.❌229
    2. 60 cardio/30 strength Mon-Sat; 30 minutes j walk or bike ride Sun❌Didn’t exercise
    3. No Binge Eating ✅Did ok on this in fact I stayed up reading and wanted a mid night snack, but I passed it up’
