Oops! I overslept yesterday and did not weigh in.

CW : 166.7 (I think this is from sodium, there was a feast at work yesterday, even what I packed was not the healthiest.)
Met all goals yesterday

WELL GANG YESTERDAY SUCKED....SPENT THE MORNING AT THE OSTOMY CLINIC AT ST. JOES IN TACOMA.... SHADOW WAS BEING A PAIN IN THE STOMACH AND I WAS MILDLY DEHYDRATED.... GOT MY BUTT CHEWED OUT BY MY OSTOMY NURSE AND THE GI DOC FOR OVER EXTENDING MYSELF AND IT FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH ME... ELECTROLYTES AND H2O BACK ON BOARD... BETTER CONTROL ON OUTPUT ...SO THE KEEL IS BACK IN THE WATER AND WE ARE MOVING SLOWLY AHEAD WHILE THE BODY RECOVERS THE COUPLE OF DAYS.
WELL THAT'S ABOUT I GOT FROM THE GREGOR CAMP TAKE CARE AND HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY
OH BTW THANKS KIM FOR COVERING WHILE SHADOW AND I WERE AT THE CLINIC.

Girl mr to. I bing eat sometimes after I have ha great success in something, or if I accomplish a goal. I don't know why I self sabotage. I started trying to memorize some weight loss affirmations, they are helping a little.
