Sorry I have behind on weekly goals. I wrote up my progress on Tuesday (on my phone which I really prefer my computer) and then deleted the whole darn thing.
Here's the update--will try and be better about posting it daily.
Monday:
1. Steps: 10,500 - yes
2. Track my food-I've been bad about this lately.- no
3. Bring my lunch and not eat the Pop Chips in my cabinet. - um, no. Actually had TWO Pop Chips for lunch!!!
This one can just be for me since I see you rank in percentages and everyone else only has three:
4. No random wine at home. - no (well, yes at I drank at a friend's house--that's not quite the spirit of the law I was hoping to follow)
Tuesday:
1. Steps: 10,500 - yes
2. Track my food-I've been bad about this lately. - no
3. Bring my lunch and not eat the Pop Chips in my cabinet. - no....this time it was candy....maybe I shouldn't be the one to keep the office food in their drawer
4. No random wine at home. - no. wine again at a friend's house
Wednesday:
1. Steps: 10,500 - yes
2. Track my food-I've been bad about this lately. - no
3. Bring my lunch and not eat the Pop Chips in my cabinet. - no snacks, but no real lunch
4 No random wine at home. nope, had one cocktail at happy hour with a pal

August 8 - 10,595 (**had 934 when I left the house at 12:36 p.m. so had some making it up to do!)

Do it first thing tomorrow. Itβs going to be awful. Without getting into too much of a pity party, Iβm really struggling this summer to keep my head above water and my thoughts positive. My husband works 16 hour days, 7 days a week st this time of year. Itβs tough on him, on me and on the kids. I cope by adopting terrible eating habits.
Luckily itβs only a few weeks until Iβm back to work and the kids back to school.2 -

Steps 5,866 At desk/date most of the day. I am going to do extra tomorrow I am off. I am planning on walking to the grocery store to get some steps in.

@mrshadsall ....weigh in is posted.... there could be several reason for that big of a gain in a week... first and foremost it could be water.... like Sally said we are in this together.... we don't abandon ship and we leave no one behind.... as a favor would you mind unlocking your daily food diary so we can see what your consuming and your macros and maybe make some suggestions..... do you have access to the police gym and if you do can you workout there before or after your watch. good afternoon team
TGIF majorly right..... well i got fitted and molded for my new brace and my new leg. It was about a 90 min ordeal but well worth them poking and prodding where i wanted to knock them both flat on their *kitten* with all the pain they were causing me.... but it had to be done to get a proper fit.
I am so over this pain from the old stuff and so looking forward to the new stuff which I'll get in about 3-4 weeks give or take.
I didn't weigh in this morning simply because I forgot to... I will get that done tomorrow morning for sure. I will also be retaking my measurements as I start the c25k Monday with none other Mari as virtual partner... we both will be posting our result on Instagram and if you would like to follow me ... gregor5824

I have a new respect for 10,00 steps. I didnβt take an exercise class today and I walk to Walmart walked around Walmart Sr real time larked far in the parking lot Dix the same for other stores and I still had net made it to 1000. Iβll finish my activities then see where I am. Last I checked I made 10000.1
