    WI August Week Two

    This has been a few weeks in coming as I've not been actually weighing in since I have been out on travel. But this is a real number!! I got on and off the scale about five times as I couldn't believe it. In July, I went to the gym pretty faithfully so hoping I can keep that up along with my steps. And not eating every time I wanted to :)

    Monday Goals:
    1. Steps over 10,500 - yes
    2. No drinking - yes
    3. Stretch for 10 minutes when I wake up. Yes

    Tuesday Goals:
    1. Steps over 10,500 - yes
    2. No drinking - yes

    This past week I experienced a bad flare up with my RA...and gave up for the most part and just went silent. Between the meds and eating my sadness and stress...ugh BUT I do not want to continue to let myself and my teammates down. So my mini challenge for this weekend is to reel it in and hold onto my faith and my teammates hands! I CAN DO THIS.
