This past week I experienced a bad flare up with my RA...and gave up for the most part and just went silent. Between the meds and eating my sadness and stress...ugh BUT I do not want to continue to let myself and my teammates down. So my mini challenge for this weekend is to reel it in and hold onto my faith and my teammates hands! I CAN DO THIS.3

Omg I work in a restaurant. Its more of a renegade kitchen because I am the cook, dishwasher, prep, cashier and server. You could only imagine how hectic (or good I am to have last this long) it has been...not to mention I am one of three employees for the place. Non stop and tons of hours

No change, mind you I realized my foods have had higher sodium levels then they used too. I don't eat much salt so my body has had a bad reaction to it1 -

I wish I had better words for everyone who is struggling than just hang in there. The only real advice I can offer is to review your food plan, see what tweaks you can make that can make it work better for you. I do that every time that I feel like I’m struggling or over hungry. Hang in there everyone you can do this.2 -
