I was 145 even this morning. Still a ways to go. Helped Rocky mow the lawn when he got home this morning. Going to a late lunch in a little bit. I might splurge a little. Might...

You will be fine. And if nothing is found you won't have to do it again for years. 👯"
Wish I'd thought of it. So, okay...just put me to sleep or in an I don't care state of mind. I sure hope they don't find anything. Man! I have to drink a 1/2 gallon tomorrow starting at 6:00 p.m., and then Tuesday a 1/2 gallon in 2 hours...should finish drinking by 9:30 a.m., then nothing. Procedure at 12:45 p.m.
134.8 this morning at 7:00 a.m. ...this is a repeat from our August thread.

134.8 this morning at 4:00 a.m.
We walked this morning then went grocery shopping for all the jello and clear drinks I can have today. No food...just liquids until late tomorrow. Boy, howdy! Hope I don't turn into a monster. No food for someone obsessed with it?? DANGER! DANGER!

134.6 this morning at 5:30. No walking today. Picked up the boys. Finished the prep for my procedure today. Not fun. One cup of coffee was all I could have. Now I'm in the last three hours and can have NOTHING to eat or drink!!!!! Okay, I know we have all gone that long without food or water but to be told you can't eat or drink just makes you think about it ALL the time! Sorry...I'll talk to you all later.
Chris1 -
Everything went well. Back home having an egg and waffle and COFFEE!!!It's going to be a great day!

Chris
I forgot to mention I was to full from all the liquid to eat any jello! I am so glad you got it done successfully. 🙆 I know you are so glad it is over. And that waffle sounds delicious.. So how long before you have to do it again?
144.4 this morning. I had the day off so went to lunch with Rocky and his friends from golfing. I had to get in over 13000 steps to burn the calories for that meal. Made me think of your earlier post about the 14000 steps Chris. Ouch. Did water changes on both the large tanks today. The fish look great. A couple of snails were upside down and needed saving. A mom's work is never done.
Karen 8th grade was stressful for me. New school, New state, neck it was even a new country. The school was old and scary looking. With a balcony inside that I just knew I would tumble over someday. I know Bella will do much better than I did. 📝📌
Starting workouts with my bestie again tomorrow. Should go well.

Hey they got rid of that little icon between like and hug. The one we were not supposed to press. Memory is the first thing to go!!!!!!!
Shelley0 -
Shelley, I didn't even notice that icon until someone mentioned it yesterday...hmmm...great minds, you and me!!
I don't have do have it done for 10 years! And...who knows???
Eight grade I was in a foster home...new school...none of my sisters or brothers were with me. Got in a sewing class, tho and surprised everyone. My mom started teaching me to sew when I was eight. I out-sewed everyone, but I didn't get a good grade because I knew too much. I was good at short cuts that the teacher did not like. I don't sew anymore. Clothes are cheaper than fabric, patterns and time.
Shelley's right, Bella is going to do great!

186.6 this morning. Glad we’ve started the new tennis season. It will definitely help. Time to work out.
Kathy1 -
185.1 this morning. Our goodies for winning the division and city. So proud of my team! Two bag tags and a plaque. Everyone loves to add the tags to their tennis bag. I finally have a couple!

Good job, Kathy! Nice drop!
135.2 this morning at 4:00. We got 2.77 miles done just now. Getting the boys in 15 mins. Should be a fun morning. Grandpa will fix eggs and waffles so Grandma and Ronan can have breakfast together.
Chris1 -
Chris I also have 10 years until my next one. Yes yes yes! I also used to sew. My mom was great! My daughter is awesome. She can buy curtains at 2he hand stores and make a Martha Washington costume for her daughter in just a couple of evenings. Complete with matching bag and hat. Seeing is for fun of hemming and mending now. 😹
And sewing teachers could be nasty. My sister's had her out the collar on upside down. Then notched it to force it to fit! Should have been a nice coat ended up being an expensive rag. Hand over some of them waffles please Ronan. 🙏
Kathy congratulations on the bag tags! You earned them. I had no idea what they were until now. You did awesome my friend. And look at that weight loss. Simply awesome. 💃
Doing damage control at work all day. Burned out. But tomorrow is Friday. Had the dog trainer over yesterday. Barney did good. No eating the nice lady.

Did you guys notice we have a "Disagree" button now? Much better than the one they removed that had everyone confused.
I worked for Singer Company when they had fabric & sewing machine stores a long, long time ago. I remember patterns for 35 cents and good fabric for $1.29 a yard. I collected fabric and patterns back then like I collect books now! bwahahahah!
135.2 this morning at 5:30. Looks like the weight is coming back after everything I've been through and that's been done to me the past few weeks.
Chris0 -
I just noticed it. I don't think it was there last night Chris. My grandmother had a ton of patterns. Hers were mostly different dolls, animals, and their clothing. Big bad wolf and the 3 little piggys.
I was up a little. No idea why. Water? Must get it down by tomorrow morning.

186.0 this morning. I use to sew and was pretty good. My oldest sister would buy fabric and patterns and I would make her skirts for church. My mom still has a machine and still sews and is the family go to for alterations. I have no patience anymore. I’d rather shop.

I'm with you, Kathy. I'd rather shop too.
135.0 this morning at 6:00. Very cold day today! So surprised because it has been so hot lately.
Chris0 -
Well ladies that makes 3 of us. Shopping is much more fun for ready made clothes. I have done upholstery for vehicles though. I would want a new machine to do that again! And back in my poor days I took a pair of Rockys jeans apart and used them as a pattern and made him 2 new pairs.
Now he can buy his own while I buy Rock Revival jeans. I need a dress though. Today I did make him some cookies. Here is Fiona swimming among some corals.

And a really tall Lily in my garden. Rocky is 6 foot.

144.6 this morning. Weight really fluctuated the last few days. I was within my calories every day. I would like to get out of the 140's before Christmas. Reached my first mini goal of 10 pounds lost though. Feeling good about it.
Shelley0 -
Shelley - my Bella loves to sew as well. I started taking her to classes a few years ago after she asked for a sewing machine for Christmas. She’s made some great creations!
Karen1 -
Headed to Toronto for the next 3 days....the days look hectic and long...but hope I find time to workout!
Karen1 -
185.6 this morning.
Congratulations on reaching your 10 pound mini goal. Keep up the good work. I’m trying to get out of the 180s by the end of September. My concern is 2 trips this month. But will give it my best shot. That lily tho....wow!
Kathy0 -
Karen we all need a hobby. Glad Bella enjoys sewing. Quilting would be fun! Try to get in some pushups and butler's everyday at least. 10 minutes is all you need.
Kathy I knew the Lily would catch your eye. And it does not need to be staked Best part is its fragrance. And thanks. Average of a pound a week to reach that goal. Wishing you some luck to get out of the 180's.
144.6 this morning.
Shelley0 -
Great Goings, Shelley! You'll make your goal. You know what to do. Oh, and, nice lily plant!! Pretty coral and cute fish!
Have fun, Karen. Don't work too hard.
Kathy, you'll make your goal, too.
134.8 this morning at 6:00. I hope I can stay in the 130's when my body decides it's over the hospital stuff. We'll see.
When my favorite sewing machine finally bit the dust and there was no fixing it, I lost interest when I couldn't find another one like it. It was an old Singer slant needle. They don't even make slant needles any more...haven't for years.Did quilting once... I cross stitched for a long time until I had to use a magnifying glass to see the holes I was supposed to put the needle through.

136.2 at 4:00 a.m. At 5:00 a.m., we walked 3.0 miles in an hour. Then got the boys. Then went to Physical Therapy. Then went shopping. Then got gas. Now I just want to sit here.
Chris0 -
Chris I think I did not hit Post yesterday! Darn. I totally understand not wanting to try a new machine. Way to complicated, and things I would never need! Crossing my fingers for you to stay in the 130's. I am just trying to get into them.
143.6 this morning.Have a busy night. Water change on my two new fishies that are in quarantine. Thought I would add a goby and a blenny to the large tank. Should add some interest to it.
Shelley0 -
The back from my trip to Canada. Did a pretty good job at the eating, although I tweaked my back so I really didn't get to exercise. Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning.
Karen1 -
Shelley, pictures of the new fish, please.
Karen, take care. Hope your back is okay.
136.4 this morning at 4:00. Walking in a few mins. Going to be really warm today. It'll be in the 100's the next couple of days. Hot. We'll get the boys after our walk. Then we go to wound Care for a look at my back. Hoping it has closed up.
Gotta gooooo.
Chris0 -
Yes Karen take care of your back. Hope your weigh in is good.
Hope the back is healing nicely Chris. And that it is feeling better! I will have to wait until they settle in to get photos. Right now they hide a lot. So I can not even tell if they have any parasites or something I should be treating for.I can only see them from a distance after I put food in. They do come out and eat anyways.
I was again at 143.6 this morning. Happy with it. One ounce at a time! Got in around 11,200 yesterday. Going for the same today. My son is getting married tomorrow. And he gave us no notice. So his dad will not even be here. Kids!

Wow! Shelley! When did he let you know? Where is he getting married? Far from you? Crazy!
Fish pics when they smile for you.
My back incision is almost healed. Tiny opening, still a bit of weep. Not wanting to go back to wound care.
