I posted last night but it seems to have got lost.
I hit all my goals yesterday, including an hour long walk with my kidney recipient. I'm in his city for a few days for my post kidney transplant check up so there are challenges being away from home but it's so good to catch up with him.
Hoping to get clearance to start rehab leading to return to full training in Jiu Jitsu. I've been out for over 6 months with a broken arm and then surgery so I'm more than ready to get back.13 -

@Dory_42 I am stunned by the fact that you donated a kidney. It’s hard to imagine a more selfless act. And to have done it while having a broken arm! Wow. I wish amazing health for you from this point forward.
@Rozbee1 Hoping your situation has been resolved. Please update us when you have a moment.4 -
Inauspicious start for me. Pass Day #1. Minor abdominal issues so no exercise and I didn’t track AND overate enough that I know without tracking. Feeling better today though so still optimistic for September.9

Food goal yes just barely but it’s very hard when friends Are over.

I practiced throwing heavy stuff again today. I ate under my calorie goal and logged my water intake. Check, check and check.

@Dory_42 As a kidney transplant recipient, I just have to say again. You are an angel 😇 on Earth 🌎. Since you are spending time with the recipient, I’m sure you can see the difference that your selfless gift made.
It’s a huge transformation!
Bless you & him. 🙏🏻
