    Steps:
    9/2 = 3,680 My dad wound up in the hospital again mostly because he's an idiot and refuses to do anything to help/care for himself. Managed this many steps pacing the room and trying not to get hit by the door.

    Steps:
    9/2 = 7,369 App updated and I have more steps than I thought! Walking in circles or speed walking records as a bike ride and doesn't list steps. Have to remember to check and fix more often.

    Thanks @jessicakrall8 and @jenready Maybe the very real threat of having to have both feet amputated will finally sink in and he'll make an effort. (Not likely but one can hope). Parents are stressful!

    @SaraMakingChanges Why not join us in the step group this month?! Might help keep you moving and there's no minimum steps, you just report your steps each day (or every few days)...if you REALLY wanna step it up...add me to your Fitbit friends (jakrall@cox.net) and we can keep each other challenged every once in a while during the month!! I DARE YA!

    Lol that dare just is soooo tempting 😂
    But, I don’t have anything to track my steps with... for now. The last time I was in the step challenge I tried to track with my phone and it was unreliable and annoying to have to carry it around everywhere. I’ve been thinking about getting a Fitbit again. I’ll let you know if I get one.

    Happy hump day.

    Today I tried edamame pasta along with zucchini noodles to hold up my homemade ground chicken spaghetti sauce. The pasta was very good and it is high in fibre and protein! 🙌🏻

    Hi TrimStones
    I will likely have some limited access online Friday due to the coming hurricane Dorian. Just an FYI if you see not much updates being recorded. Appreciate your prayers...

    @SaraMakingChanges That edamame pasta looks yummy! Is that located in the refrigerated section or pasta isle?

    @jessicakrall8 Be safe!

    @wilsonkellies Nice loss!

    I got up early this morning again to workout,Its still so dang hot out, it hit 101 yesterday, and that beat our record for that day. there is a cold frong coming in thank goodness and it will be in the 70s next week, I can not wait. I took my daughter to her preschool screening yesterday and let her stay with me at work, I had to walk to the middle chool building and while we were walking there my 4 year old says in the most dramatic voice "Ugh, this is why I didnt want to stay at work with you it so hot, the sun is trying to kill me" hahaha and she actually wanted to stay with me, she is just majorly dramatic, bahaha

    @schlerin Hope your dad is doing better.

    Wow, in the 120's! Nice milestone! You are the team lightweight. We should go out drinking to prove it.
