What is a Pass Day?
A Pass Day is any day that you do not meet the 3 standards in the daily post above.
On the other hand, a Pass Day is not...
1) A cheat day in which you gorge on whatever
2) It's not a Fail Day, either
3) It's a good idea to use your Pass Days to enjoy birthdays and other life celebrations
4) It's definitely not a mortal sin
5) You are never thrown off the team if you have more than 3 Pass Days per month. In fact, just keep moving forward tracking; posting; and thoughtfully choosing good exercise and measured intake
If you have no more than 3 Pass Days through the month, you will qualify to have your name in Lights and a hearty hurrah will be shouted in your honor!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes,
60min centergy (yoga/Pilates) class, and then 60 mins of Zumba.

Stayed within calories
Logged everything
Scraped by on the exercise, just went to shop, posted letter and walked to a meeting, just about 20 minutes.
But: I cleared my desk, dealt with loads of e-mails including a few I've been procrastinating about. I've got a new cleaner, so the appartment is now clean and tidy.
Off to Paris tomorrow (work!). Walking won't be a problem, food might be, but Franprix does a fantastic pick 'n mix salad bar ...12 -

nice to read everyone's successful posts! I've had another 3xyes day - tracked all day helped by having some set meals - my breakfast cereal and a ham sandwich lunch all set up in 'my meals'. I've increased my exercise by walking my daughter to school today her new school year started today. and am a couple hundred under my limit which is still set at maintenance- this is purely a psychological strategy my mind finding it easier to eat slightly less than I need as opposed to focusing on a couple hundred deficit at the outset and risking a compulsion to overeat due to feeling deprived - maintenance isn't 'deprived' you see - hope that makes sense. 4 successful days in a row need to think how I'm going to manage a slip up as that normally throws me off - any unique tips beyond 'don't berate yourself just get back to it' gratefully received - hope y'all well x I'm glad I have UAC x11

4 km beachfront walk with friends and a rehab session today. Not my best for choices but all logged and below my limit.
Shopped and prepped for the next 4 days (I'm away for work after that) so it will be easier to make good choices for those days.
Tomorrow I'm back to work after 7 weeks off for transplant surgery. I'm keen to get back to my animals and get a good routine back (as much as my unusual life ever had a routine at least).
Rehab was rough as it showed just how much I need to do before I can get back to training. It's mostly my broken arm that needs the rehab. Abs that were cut for surgery aren't too bad and fitness will return as I push through. Booked a sports massage tomorrow to help unfreeze my shoulder from favouring my arm while the bones knitted back together.
But, the good side is that I'm free to push through with rehab and get back to training, no limitations from doctors anymore!12 -

Check, check, and check. Yes, I logged all my food...including all 1264 ugly calories of my dinner alone. I am on storm restoration watch duty (take-out food delivery was my only option because that is what they provided). That also means I didn't get to practice throwing today and had to cancel my appointment with my trainer. I jumped on the treadmill at the office and walked until my calorie count was even. That took an hour at 2.7 miles per hour! I logged my fluids. Like every day, I come in under what I would like to see but still not too bad. Hopefully there won't be any lost power because of the storm and I can head home soon.11
