Happy Monday to you!!
Yesterday, my granddaughter, Lucy. 14 years, and I rode together through our woods here on the farm. I am a very happy grandfather!

I love the horse photos - it's just real horses that are a bit intimidating.6

Exercise: Yes! Found a Fitness Centre, 5 minutes walk from my house, where you can do unlimited classes: Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Zumba etc. for 140 euros a year, about 125 US$. I did a 30 minute Bums and Tums class, and I walked another 30 minutes.
Calories: Yes. Didn't use my extra exercise calories. Still have my bowl of watermelon chunks to munch through while I watch a film tonight.
Tracked my intake: Yes.
Museums are closed on Mondays, no concerts or theatre yet, so the film has to be my cultural food for today.11 -

A 5km walk on the beach, half of it against the wind and tracked calories as best as I could. Happy that my consumption was within my limits for the day and looking forward to an early morning run on the beach before a day of herpetological talks.
Met some nice people and made friends with a beautiful border collie cross named Lela.11 -

hello! 3xyes again today. ate 7 chocolate biscuits today - at 83 each. managed to stay under my limit but still that kind of eating doesn't feel good. don't enjoy them - really need to try an Apple! got some in the fridge - setting an Apple goal for tomorrow! best wishes all.11

Yes x 3. A challenging schooling session and then finished painting the woodwork on the back of the house today. Looks ever so much better. Now ... I need to get up the motivation to do the front. Another decent night's sleep last night ... what a difference that makes!6
