Yes, indeed! Checks for all three today. I even made the Ys' 6 AM barre class. SkinnyTaste (no affiliation to me) is my new favorite recipe website - tonight I had the best peach arugula salad recipe. Yum. I added some salmon. Super easy. Even hubby likes it. I have two more ripe peaches. I wish I could share! @LeeH31 - great horse5

Yes x 3. A couple very challenging hours cycling in the woods today. Amusingly @RangerRickL one of the little challenges was steering around the piles of poop on the trails . A few piles were definitely horses, I have no idea what animals gifted us with the others. After I found myself airborne from hitting a tree root I started getting off and walking my bike through anything that looked dangerous. I don’t cycle on the roads much because I’m looking to extend my life with exercise, not shorten it with an accident. Ditto for parts of this trail. But it was exciting for sure. Found the energy for a long walk in the afternoon and weight machines at the resort’s gym in the evening. I’m wonderfully exhausted.8

Checking in for yesterday and today. Yes x 3 for both days. Doing low impact activity this week got my hair done on Sunday and want it to last at least a week so no JM Body shred. Sticking with walking and body weight exercises.6

My favorite "horse"

Exercise of walking today. Was walking from work to the grocery store but then realized my wallet wasn't in my purse so walked home and found it in the other purse. Crisis averted, but grocery trip postponed. 😂6 -

Exercise: 3rd day in a row riding in the woods. Alone this evening. Horse was happy and so was I. 65 minutes
Tracking: easy day
Calories: way under today. That does not happen very often.5 -
Exercise: yes
Calories: yes

I logged all my food and fluids today. For once, my water intake is as good!
I ended my day with calories to spare.
I practiced weight for distance rotations for an hour in my fancy new ASICS Throw Pro shoes. They don’t tear up the lawn as bad as my Salomon Trail Runners but who am I kidding? I had already destroyed the lawn. My transitions are getting smoother and my throws are inching further. I’ve gained about five feet in distance this week. My shoulder isn’t as sore so that means I’m using less sheer strength and more torque/momentum to gain distance. By my next competition, I’ll be getting some personal records on the board!5 -
All three yes, even though I have a cold I still managed to exercise7

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 20 minute treadmill walk + 27 minutes of strength this morning. My legs are still sore from my race yesterday, but exercising helps alleviate it, so I sucked it up and got it done.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
@RangerRickL -- awesome photo! You post as many pics as you want -- the 14-year-old horse-crazy girl inside of me loves all the horse pictures!
Thank you for the kudos, @Bill70sStrong, @Ketch_22 and @Hollis100!

@RangerRickL thank your for sharing your pictures. I especially love the ones with other family members in them. Would love to see one of you and Rose. Keep them coming!
@goldthistime hope you are okay
@corriepelc you are an inspiration to me. You are right about getting right back into it after a run or marathon. I always found the recovering so much easier that way. I was never a runner but very into speed walking.
@w8goal4life I love your posts and absolutely love the pictures you share in what's on your mind. Thank you
