Nicely under. Went to the grocery store and picked up some baby carrots to keep as a snack in the fridge plus some Greek yogurt. Although I love me some fries and homemade aioli, I'm going to try making a mostly yogurt-based dip recipe this weekend so I can have that ready to go with the carrots in the fridge!7 -

Exercise included P/T for the shoulder with an increase in free weight - up another pound!
Mediocre? Never! When given the option to continue to utilize the two pound weight I accepted the challenge of three pounds and went through my reps and sets with deliberate good form and concentration.1
