    hi everyone! :) I am not mediocre, I do not do ANYTHING half way, even my lazy day today...lol....I did an hours housework today just to get my yes for exercise and rested the rest of the day. All caught up on my Coronation Street now...lol :p

    August 11th
    exercise yes again only to qualify as we had an appointment in Victoria and spent most of the day driving
    calories yes no problem even though we ate out, stuck to basics chicken breast and salad, also packed healthy snacks

    August 12th
    exercise yes housework
    calories yes well under (to make up for my lazy day)

    Well, no winners circle for me this month, but I'll tell ya, this challenge has really opened my eyes to some behaviors that should have been obvious to me all along. I'm going to keep plugging along the rest of the month!

    Exercise included P/T for the shoulder with an increase in free weight - up another pound!

    Mediocre? Never! When given the option to continue to utilize the two pound weight I accepted the challenge of three pounds and went through my reps and sets with deliberate good form and concentration.
