It's hard to read the first post, so here is the one that I feel is the most important to me.
It's so true, we worry and fret about other people's opinions. Let's let it go!!

I don't have feet in my shoes because It's nearly summer so I don't wear shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Rick. Sometimes people's opinion of you is bore out of their own shortcomings or what is bothering them. When I started this healthy journey few years ago, a colleague at work made it her business to make discouraging comments to me each time she sees me. Her comments did not bother me because she was as heavy as I was then. Fast forward, she went through a difficult time, and decided to lose weight/be healthy. Today, she is a different person... hummm interesting

Exercise: Yes, walked for over an hour, collected my tickets for the Dance Festival.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Still have half a nectarine and a bit of bread and Philadelphia Light in case I get peckish later on.
Tracking: Logged everything.
Unfortunately I cannot make it to the lecture I wanted to go to tonight, as it's absolutely pissing down with rain and I already got soaked coming home. I'll have a quiet evening in, reading.8 -

@RangerRickL I too worry way to much about how other people think of me. I have told myself your saying so many times, I wish I could let go and truly live by it....because it IS so true! I have also learned that no matter WHAT I do I can not please everyone, unfortunately though I am still trying to do that.

Today I ran 4km in 27:21. My visa was under 28 minutes so that was a victory. Next goal is 4km under 26 minutes. Today's run was with dolphins. As I started running a pod appeared and heading in the direction I was running so we kept pace until I turned around. I've been swimming when they come past before, it's amazing!
Positive story about my seal family. The male who died last week during his castration may have left a child behind, luckily in the only female in the pool who wasn't his sister or mother (but is the mother of his sister). We will find out for sure by mid December... Also our little pup who we hand raised when we couldn't get her back to mom last summer moved in with the adults today and all went well. She looks so tiny in the big pool but is loving the space and interaction with the others.
I'm slightly over on calories today but I've been under enough this week that the extra 50something can be considered within my budget.
I have also been doing my rehab exercises and cursing the rehab guy in the process, but I know it helps even if it is horrible in the process.9 -
My viewpoint is that if someone has a problem with me, it’s their problem, not mine.

As I get older I worry less about what people think. It never really changed what I was doing, but it used to make me sad that people didn’t accept the person I am. I have always liked me, but I am good now with not being everyone’s cup of tea

@RangerRickL what do i do.... i was in hospital for 6 days and unable to sign in then unable to fo any exercise for a few more. Not able to achieve much first half of this month. 🙁
I still lost weight, that was down to not being able to eat in hosp for 4 days. Neither liquids or food.
Hopefully able to make up for it now with my exercise, now ive gained energy back 😀

I took the afternoon off to work with a western ranch horse trainer. He is such a great coach. Most of the time he kept telling me to relax and not be so tense. I rode a lovely horse who was not tense except when I was tense. Eventually, when I got relaxed, everyone was relaxed. What a surprise!!

Yes x 3. I overate yesterday, so I might expect that I would be less hungry today. Except it doesn't work that way for me. I was hungry today. I ate all my calories including most of my meagre exercise calories (just my morning strength training sesh). Usually, I can handle a decent deficit on the second and third day. Hopefully that happens tomorrow.6

Going on a 4 day trip. Its going to be harder to stick to the plan, but my goals are not to eat junk (it will be very easy) and to track everything I eat the best I can.
