    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 20 minute run. 50 minutes lower body strength training.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. It is only 11am but I know that I will not today
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No.

    September 20th
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Took a half day at work for a dr appt, walked/danced for an hour and a half on the treadmill to some dance videos on YouTube with the rest of my afternoon. Fun fun!
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, fiancé wanted Chinese and even getting the steamed rice and shrimp with a side of garlic sauce takes me over, because I ate lunch planning for grilled salmon and asparagus
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yepyep!

    Yes x 3 for me. Exercise was strength training in the morning and 18 holes of golf in the afternoon. Our foursome played so poorly that all we could do was giggle. Definitely a happy Fri-yay for me.

    ECT for me but it almost went wrong. I managed to save myself but why would I go off plan like that?

    Yes, TGIF! No plans other than getting it together after 3 weekends out of town. I'm planing to be productive at home while listening to NPR all day and grieve some more for the loss of Cokie Roberts. :'(

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 43 minutes of piloxing (first time trying that!) and tons of steps running an all-day event -- ending the day with almost 23,000 steps.

    I'm posting so late that it is actually Saturday.
    I'll do a simple 3 yeses.
    Exercise was more than 3 hours outside doing horse related activities.
    Nice day off from the office.
