    Exercise: Yes. 32 minutes elliptical. A slow 3 miles; I was channeling Ella F. singing “It’s too darn hot” every sweaty mile.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, half an hour walk at work and a 60 minute LaBlast class in the evening with old dance friends.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I keep forgetting that some fairly intense cardio really kills my appetite. Tonight was a nice reminder.

    I went for a walk I love at the bottom of the mountain so I am up or down take your pick I logged my food and stayed under my calories

    Calories and Tracking were good but I need to take a pass on the exercise. I did get in 18 flights of steps throughout the day.

    Squeeked through!
    Exercise: just, 25 minutes walking, However, some of this was to get a new food scale, old one just didn't seem to be very accurate, and a new swimming cao, old one was tearing.
    Calories : just within, with using exercise calories
    Tracking: cried, but logged!
