    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, half an hour walk at work and a 60 minute LaBlast class in the evening with old dance friends.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I keep forgetting that some fairly intense cardio really kills my appetite. Tonight was a nice reminder.

    I went for a walk I love at the bottom of the mountain so I am up or down take your pick I logged my food and stayed under my calories
