    So much for removal of body parts as a quick fix to weight loss. On the other hand, I think I had already had some water, and was wearing my shirt, some nice plastic tubing and 4 drains ... Plus of course new body parts. On the good side I'm home from the hospital and able to walk around to the scale.

    Man I was going stir crazy in that hospital room, Only reason I got that many steps in was because I was pacing the room and walking in place, I hated being that sedentary.
