    3 miles from mostly running. You long distance runners truly have my praise, I don't know how you do it. The very most I've ever ran is 7 miles & today 3 was tough at the end! You are AMAZING!!

    Finally had a decent night sleep last night. My dad is still struggling to stand with support. He is also sleeping better at night. Has lots Of leg Edema and developed heel blisters. His INR is high too due to Tylenol and Tramadol. He is eating better and more alert. It is going to be a long road back for him.
