@lalabank - I love to garden! 20+ years ago I was passionately "rehabbing" my yard over a couple of years. I lived to be outside gardening whenever I could and I was at my healthiest - (and generally covered with chigger bites! ) Lucky you!
ECT all good - Swam 1400 meters, plus a 20 afternoon walk. The quality of my calories was much improved today.

I enjoy my work with clients, but I have added the pressure of intense study preparation for a one week long intensive multidisciplinary 'bootcamp' on business owner exit planning. I'll be in Scottsdale, AZ all next week participating in a 8 am until 6 pm class.
I'm really upping my game, but I'm sprinting like @Bill70sStrong and @corriepelc, but it's all mental sprinting.3 -
