I’ve arrived in Phoenix, AZ. Rose & I own a condominium here. It’s only 2 blocks from unlimited desert hiking pathways.
Despite travel eating challenges, I was able to eat responsibly.
Lots of walking and with a heavily loaded book bag.

Got a massage after work which was heavenly. Metroed + walked on my way there and then did a leisurely hour-long stroll back home, stopping for Indian takeout on the way. Ok on calories due to having a modest breakfast/lunch plus all the walking.
Currently my husband and I are on a Survivor binge. We started the show last year and are on season 32 right now.2 -
