Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Unfortunately no. I started not feeling well last night, and I felt horrible all day. Stomach issues -- totally bloated and so tired.

Today is my 3rd pass day for September. However, I won't be taking another one, so I'll still be able to be in the Winner's Circle this month.

Now that it is approaching midnight, I must recant my YesX3 as I overindulged in snacks this evening, so over on calories. Pass day #3.6 -
The weekend was a wash. Calories were ok but couldn’t claim any intentional exercise.
Back on track today. Some lower body strength. And a brisk walk to the voting station. Followed by a brisk walk back home to retrieve my husbands wallet so he could actually vote! And another walk back to exercise our right and responsibility.4 -

Happy to report that today was much more enjoyable than all the yard and wood work yesterday. We went for a drive in the Finger Lakes region to check out fall foliage today. Here are a few pics. The top two are from Filmore Glen State Park honorably named after U.S. President Millard Filmore. The bottom two pics are Ithaca Falls (bottom left) and Taughannock Falls (bottom right). It was a great day to be outside.

posting a day late but 21st was a good day not least as I added an hour walk to my usual 20mins this was a big achievement for me. tracked and under limit getting into some good routines for breakfast and lunch meals x best wishes everyone x3
