NOVEMBER Monthly Challenge

Hello again and also welcome to anyone looking at this and wondering if this is for you, just give it a try!

You can post your weight here and also in the Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet which Nikki updates.

Feel very welcome to join, we usually post our weigh Sundays and use the 'Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet' also in 'Announcements' to track weight.

We use this thread to encourage each other and to add our weight as well if we want to and generally chat!

It's fun and it's been working and we've lost a shed load of weight between us. It seems to keep us going and even if we go up occasionally (and who doesn't!) we get back to it and continue the journey.

    I also want to join. November 27th will be my 6 month keto/IF WOE anniversary and I want to finish strong! Hopefully I'll be able to say my BMI is no longer in the obese category, just overweight. :)

    Hi. I'm in my 3rd week of keto.
    I've added my info to the spreadsheet, but not sure if it'll work properly. I've added some 'historical' weights from the year so far.
    I'm in Australia and all my weights entered are in kg.

    anxmom if you go to the monthly challenge thread (4th down on the top part of the group I think) you will find a link to open a google doc spreadsheet. I believe the link is in the very top post in that thread.

    Just started up this past week AGAIN. I went from 289 in January to 249 in March then I just stopped. Maybe I did the 1st round to see if it worked. Well, it did and of course, I wish I would have stuck with it the entire year.

    SW - 289 Jan. 2019
    GTGW - 195
    CW - 278 - 10/28 - I'll weigh on Sunday
    October GW - 260

    New starting weight (after a 5 week Keto hiatus): Oct. 15. 2019: 195.2

    Goals:
    Get our of the 180's by the end of 2019!
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145

    OCTOBER: 195.2 - 189.8 = -5.4 lbs

    Oct 31st: 189.8

    NOVEMBER: (I like to weigh on Monday mornings. It keeps me accountable on the weekend)

    My Numbers:
    SW: 103.8kg which was done Jul 2018
    CW: 94.7kg
    GW by Nov 30th: 89kg
    LTGW: 55-58kg (which I hope to reach by mid 2021 or sooner: 40-50kg is a lot to lose)

    Just starting to dive into Keto. I’ve done low carb, whole 30 and paleo before. Low carb definetly works for me it’s just the matter of sticking to it! Hoping a group will help!

    Sticking to keto until Thanksgiving/my birthday weekend, then again until Christmas. I have gained 15-20lb in the past year due to many stressors, emotional eating, an atrocious diet and cutting out exercise. I really just want to put a dent in this to motivate myself to continue! Ultimate goal is to get back to 120 where I was most comfortable (I'm 32, and a petite 5'3").. One month at a time.

    SW: 135 (11/1)
    CW: 132 (11/4)
    GW: 125 (by November 28th, understanding some will come back after as water gain)

On another note I wanted one of my friends to be like an accountability partner for me on fit pal I have the fit pal app on my android device doesn't matter that she has an iPhone can she still be with me on fit pal does anyone know? thanks
