I'm a yes x 3, only because I got 43 minutes of treadmill in this morning before work.
    Good night!

Some days, I just like to open the daily discussion with a chuckle. Here is a photo of an attorney friend of mine. This was his last day before retirement from the county criminal prosecutor office. He is a great guy who has focused on protection of women and children. He will be missed.
    Check out his “shoes”

@RangerRickL Love the photo! He must be a great guy to have a sense of humor like that!

@RangerRickL Love the pic and especially the bunny slippers! I completed all tasks today--walked for 30 minutes, logged all food, and achieved a calorie deficit!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and then a 68 minute walk at the gym. I was very happy to walk 30 mph without any knee pain the whole 68 minutes. Hopefully, my injury is almost healed.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, several hundred under (I prelogged and kept to it) -- but MFP says it is down for maintenance, so I can't close my diary for the day

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, everything

It was one of THOSE days at work - right from the moment I arrived and discovered that my security pass was still back at the house - through printer malfunctions while trying to prep for Big-Boss meeting on the 6th etc etc etc .... the fun-size halloween bars got the better of me.

Passes used to date this month: 1

I read fun sized Halloween BRAS and was very confused for a moment...

My very hippie husband is also a college professor. He's taught without shoes in order to get shoe donations for the homeless, but also because he loved it.😜

Exercise? Yes, set the timers and purposely cleaned and cooked over two hours.

    Tracked? Yes

    Under yes

    Well done!

Your husband is awesome! His no-shoe teaching sessions are a perfect way to make a point and solicit donations for the homeless.
