I'm happy that eventhough the shred is over, I've still managed to have losses each week. I am goving myself 1 cheat meal a week and still sticking to workouts and macros. I'm very happy with the results. I wore jeans from when my husband and I first met yesterday! My goal was tp be 135-140! Almost there. Very happy, strong, and comfortable in my skin now!4 -
