    I think I can get away with 12/14 glasses, but not if I've managed less than that over the previous days. Mild pain and much wakefulness last night. :(

    I've suspended my 80 Day Obsession because my Beachbody group is doing another one called The Shift Shop for the next four weeks. I don't really care as long as I can get a good workout in, which this new one certainly does. :)

    @its_cleo Tough mudders are supposed to be even harder! I can't run because of nerve damage in my leg but it's hard not to get fired up after watching today, it's my second time going to one this year. Ya know, we should both sign up for one around 6 months away and cheer each other on! Then we'd have enough time to get in shape for them. Great weight loss! Your gym sounds like a lot of fun.     Thank you all for the congratulations on the weigh-in board, I'm not trying to lose weight anymore but stay within 5lbs and start adding calories back. I'm bouncing in a higher range than I'd prefer while upping calories so I'm kind of stumbling around maintaining now. Should I still do weekly weigh-ins?


    It’s improving - thanks for asking @Katmary71! Yesterday I had over 60 oz of water at work and more at home. Tot day not as much but I will make up for it tonight!

    @Katmary71 - For what it's worth, I am on maintenance and still do weekly weigh-ins. Checking on weight once a week helps keep me grounded. ✔️
    The Scout events went well -- thanks for asking! I was kinda tired after such a busy day as chauffeur, chef and wardrobe manager! 😄

    @TeresaW1020 - A good workout is a good workout! All of the Beachbody things look amazing! Enjoy! 💪🏽🔥

    5. Trigger foods- around sweets but won't touch those darn cookies! My deadline is Thanksgiving for a dessert so I'm almost there! Did eat more than normal, I feel guilty asking people to leave things out of recipes for me.

    Sorry I've been absent. Time change does a number on me and this year was no different. I've been struggling with my steps and not logging food at all but I'm coming back out of it. Already moving and watching what I eat again. Glad to back to feeling more normal :)

    3. Decluttering- filled the can again and filled green waste cans
    4. Social media- wasn't home
    5. Trigger foods- something I've been resisting, ginger snap cookies, was actually put right in my face, it was the perfect chance to have some without buying a bag and I still resisted! I AM looking forward to pumpkin cheesecake on Thanksgiving, it's going to be 2 months of abstaining then. Wasn't so good with cereal and nuts. I really struggle with how much to insist on my food being how I want over hurting someone's feelings when being served meals or a guest in their home.

    I am there with you on the discomfort of saying "no, thank you" to food that someone offers, especially in their house. Does it help at all to frame it up as a choice between honoring the host and dealing with health issues? So, not so much about what you want ("food the way I want" can for me sound/feel like I'm a little kid who's a p[icky eater!) as what you need in order to stay healthy and fun?
    Not sure if any of that helps, but know you have company and sympathy. 'Tis the season for dealing with what we we eat and what friends/family eat. I am busy getting ready to host Thanksgiving, and will be making quite the spread for 5 people in order to feed and honor some very diverse wants and tastes!
