 I just can't seem to get my act together. Went grocery shopping the other day with the intention of buying "real" food to cook at home. Sales were horrible, nothing sounded good, and my cart looked like a 12-year-old was given free rein in the grocery store. I am stuck in I-don't-want-to-and-you-can't-make-me, cooking, cleaning, socializing wise. Blah.

 Physical therapy is going really well, except falling off an exercise ball and crashing into a cart that then crashed into another patient! Haha. She cheered me on though afterwards which was really nice.5

 today I will not have time, but starting tomorrow I will be back to regularly working out. Things are finally on the path to slowing down, the insane amount of birthdays in my house are over, so time to hit the ground running and sticking to my goals. A big help will be I am no longer working all weekend. Yesterday was my last sunday, I have 2 saturdays left then I will be done with weekends. I love that job but I eat so much food there, I cant help myself, its so good, ugh.1

            It’s super hot here the last week over 40C or 104F makes everything impossible and I have got some lovely fluid retention going on... so sad I thought that was just a pregnancy thing for me but look like it’s also going to be a prize for having so many birthdays thing too.

            Hope everyone had a great weekend. My oldest son was visiting from Madison Wisconsin, which was great. My husband's birthday is tomorrow, so we had home birthday & cake on Saturday, since my son was here. Tuesday, my husband and I will ditch the 17 year old, and go out to dinner for his birthday (my husbands, not the 17 year old's ).                         3 ).                         3

            Well Im hoping to get a workout in today after work. Problem is my IBS flared up this morning, and now I have a wicked side ache, this lasts 2 to 3 days, and I can hardly stand up right. Im hoping ibuprofen will help subside the pain enough to work out, ugh. otherwise I thing ill do the recumbent bike later tonight at home.3

            So I have decided to let today be a cheat day, and be OK with it. Im allowing it today because:
 Its payday, which means dough day AKA donuts in the lounge, its a once a month thing
 Its funraised day, order a dring from the local coffee shop to raise money for our school
 And it wednesday holiday pot luck
 I dont plant to totally stuff my face, I got a sugar free skim latte, Ill search for the healthier potluck foods, and well only one donute that I did share with my daughter, so it wont be horrible horrible2
