Hi All...hope you guys had a wonderful weekend...it's beyond chilly here in VA, so I can only imagine how it feels further north...BRRRRrrr! Stay warm during this week's crazy temp drops if you're in the US...Wednesday for us is the worst day...probably Monday for the upper midwest and western plains states...I spent the day working around the house...was supposed to take it easy and rest today, but I had three loads of laundry to do, some cleaning around the house and I baked some chicken and did my meal planning for the week. Going to go and lie down now...have a terrific Monday ya'll! Jess0

Sorry I was out, this veteran had Veteran's Day things to do like get cat litter and vacuum. My weigh-in was vague today as I had a bunch of Mexican food last night but didn't get around to weighing until after the gym so I'm estimating a gain instead of what the scale says as a current loss.
