Very much enjoyed my small whoosh today which does something to catch me up to the deficit I've been eating to.
Today I have lost 4 stone since 1 Jan, which I'm thrilled with.

I have a mini/interim goal that is done with a friend of mine, to get to 165 lbs by Jan 19, 2020. That's a little under seven weeks away. I know it is possible, and I know it won't be easy... it's about 1.9 lbs/week
I would really like to make it, and also with Christmas, New Years, etc., it is all that much more of a challenge.
I'm not going to obsess over making this mini-goal, but I'm going to try to really stick to the plan, both without straying and also without trying to ramp things up. Stay on track, don't blow up, and don't do anything drastic.
I just want to write this out, for myself, and for you WWIG people to see too. Stay on track is the plan, and hit that mini-goal number if it happens to work out.1 -
