I am just kinda blah with it all this month as I haven't lost any weight this yr.
I bought myself a 2020 calendar so for each day I work out. I number it so at the end of the year, I can see how many work outs I completed.5 -

The whole first week of December I was just totally unmotivated. I only made it out for a few short walks and CP25K intervals. Only made it to the gym once. As of today though-game on for the rest of December! Going to finish the year strong!3 -
I am quite excited for several reasons today. Tonight I am going to meet my granddaughter, Stella, for the first time. Also, I haven’t seen my daughter in 3 years. They live in Scotland and I haven’t been able to go yet. I am also excited for a selfish reason too. When I saw them last I was almost 55 pounds heavier. I am hoping their reaction will give me the kick in the pants to get serious about my weight loss again.

Yesterday, I food prepped for the first time in a couple weeks. It felt nice. I remember back when I was making great progress - I would prep for hours on Sunday. Pre planning and eliminating the choices mad a huge difference.
Today, I am trying to look at my long term goals and decide what steps I need to take now to get started towards them. Continued food prep is the first key. I am so thankful for this group that has been here for me thru all the slip ups and back slides.
I am actually thankful that my office only does a small Christmas party and K's work doesn't do anything at all. Time to retrain the brain.... again!2 -

Meeting Stella for the first time was perfect. She is perfect. It is so special when your baby girl puts her baby girl in your arms for the first time. Tears of joy. I spent the day in Toronto with them today. Pretty beat tonight but we’ll worth it.

Hey all sorry have not checked in, new job, vacation and back to new job and super busy. But tonight I made myself come home and walk/run 30 min and 10 Core. So I am trying to get my head back in the game with a new schedule and limited time. Hubby and I planning food for the week so we can not have to work so hard in evenings and lunch packing. I am really looking to maintain till Jan 1 and then get back at it. That means no gain and I will have to continue to eat well and exercise off any indulges. What is everyone's else plans.1

It is going to be chaos for the next two weeks. Friday is the work's Christmas do, Saturday at 2 am I need to start a 5 hour drive to see some of the family, drop off Christmas presents (which still have to be wrapped), go to a friend's 50th, see other friends on Sunday before the 5 hour drive back. A mad week at work with just me as both of the others are away, Thursday Charity Christmas dinner, Friday my other works Christmas dinner, Saturday family dinner in London, have to pick my son up from Exeter (9 hour round trip) on 22nd, my daughter at midnight on the 23rd from Portsmouth (5 hour round trip) and my Dad arrives for Christmas on the same day. 24th in Margate (6 hour round trip) for the last family Christmas visit, sous chef for Christmas dinner and then.... relax! Oh and an escape room on Boxing day.
For the steps can I please have @ells_runs for 7th Dec and @aliciap0116 for 4th to 7th Dec.2 -

Have been keeping track in my head but not logging like I have committed to doing! Happy with the progress, but worked 55 hrs last week. No time to snack at home. Started tracking again today! My son got his leave date for basic training, Jan 14, so I need to be hypervigilant so I don't eat my feelings 😢5 -

Two more pounds to get to the December starting weight. My oldest granddaughter turns 14 on Wednesday and we are having Chinese food. I hope by Friday the water weight is gone.
I see my doctor on Wednesday and I am going to be very firm about him reducing the medications faster. I know the binging I am doing is 95% from being so dopey from the meds. I will let you know how I make out on Wednesday. These stupid meds and binges have set me back so far in my weight loss.
I also see my registered dietitian that day and I am hoping he will give me some strategies for dealing with the binges.
But I shouldn’t be complaining, life’s good. I have my 3 children together for Christmas for the first time in 3 years. Also I have my 3 beautiful granddaughters with me.7 -

Good morning.
I haven't been around much this week.
One of my good friends called me Tuesday night that her 14 yr old son took his own life. Yesterday in traveled for work then his viewing. It's so sad. He's only 3 years younger than my own son. Hug your babies as much as possible6 -

Hi guys!
Just checking in. I hope everyone is having a fabulous Friday and looking forward to a nice weekend!
Hubby and I are escaping for a weekend in Atlanta. Hotel downtown, seeing a theater performance tomorrow. We are going to a planetarium tonight. I am a bit of a science nerd - so this is right up my alley! Just an excuse to get away and a Christmas gift to each other.
Big shout to @boehle and @kelgen02 for helping me pick out the dress. BTW - I went with the nude pumps. Maybe photos to follow - we will see The dress is a little on the snug side - but this is because I AM NOT GAINING ANY MORE WEIGHT BACK!!! It is forgiving and will be wearable for some time.
There have been some behind the scenes changes going on with F2F. I think the changes will be subtle, yet exciting! I cant wait till all the kinks are worked out and we can announce the new and improved FAT 2 FIT!!
Well, my work day is drawing to a close. I'm about to walk out of here and enjoy my Holiday weekend
