Morning,
Yesterday I had my Christmas w/my sons and my oldest son fiancee and my youngest son gf. That was 1 of 3 get togethers this week.
My heart is still 💔💔💔💔....it's been a week, but gets a little better and I still have my kitty's sister.....
However, no workouts have been happening.....sigh.....6 -

I can only assume it is correct as I am weighing at my folks house, so I bumped it up a bit. Plus I overate last week and lost some water weight. Very stressful week. My Dad had emergency surgery Thursday for a huge kidney stone, then another surgery Friday for blood clots (due to his heart meds), and he has been in the hospital since then. Hopefully home today (Monday). So I am staying with my Mom, who has dementia. It has been really rough, and I haven't been able to eat (which is highly unusual for me).

Merry Christmas!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday! I probably won't be on much over the next few days so I will be taking a break. I definitely want to start again on Jan1. This year was definitely not what I wanted weight wise. Let's hope next year is better!

What does everyone have on tap for today?
I am cleaning my house for tomorrow’s shindig. We are having dinner with our neighbors tonight. I am performing intermittent fasting again today to save calories for tonight

I’m about to clean out my fridge and run to the grocery store. Now that my kids are home, we will bake cookies today. I’ve got a load of laundry going, and I need to tidy up a couple rooms. We’re going to Christmas Eve service this evening too, so it will be a busy day. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 everyone!2

Christmas Eve is all about the grandkids and food. We will bring over the presents this evening even though we don’t open them until the 25th. My daughter makes an amazing spread of food with my favourite being the crab dip. I may even indulge in an alcoholic beverage. I made a decision earlier that I am not going to log Christmas Eve and Day. The evening will end with the hanging of stockings. The best part of it all is having my three kids and grandkids together.2

Working 1/2 day today then home to get ready for our open house tomorrow for family and friends in the afternoon.
Later this afternoon, I will attend my church's service, then by the time I get back my in-laws will be over for dinner; afterwards, we will head over to their home for gift exchange w/my son and his fiancee and my husband's sister and her husband

Merry Christmas Eve, going to family house tonight, made 222 meatballs and I did a 600 calorie burn on treadmill so I can have bites of everything and not go over.2

Sorry everyone for being mia. Had some personal issues and scale is still not here yet. Is it possible to come back in January? I’ll think I’ll be in a better place to continue the weight loss journey if start weighing in on 1/11
