Okay, I know it's a little bit early, but we are running out of December and the 2019 year.
Christmas meals are over. Maybe all the extra cookies and treats have been thrown out. Who knows that they plan to be in the Winner's Circle this month?
We can usually count on both @TerriRichardson112 and @Bill70sStrong and who else? There are only 4 days left so what do you believe?
Please indicate in your daily post if you believe that you will be in the December Winner's Circle.
We will all help you keep on track for the rest of the month.

Exercised?: Yes (2 hours with nephew at water park)

Was a good day at Nephews birthday (turned 12). Water park was fun. Good lunch with family. Also set up his new TV with the gaming consoles (I also act as tech support for the family ).
Actually a little sore this evening. I think I pulled or strained a muscle in the right leg (quadriceps) at the water park. Getting up from sitting, or driving are challenging.
@RangerRickL. 0 pass days this month to date, so in December circle. (even if I pass 29, 30 and 31).
Challenge thread for UAC Jan 2020 still on first page, but posted to it anyway. I will continue to monitor.

Only one more day of work to go until I get a break.
After work today went for lunch with family including my housemate. Shared food with her which meant we are less each but had bigger variety. Shared a starter, main and dessert.
She is considering doing veganuary. Not an option I'm interested in, but when she is in healthy mode I get less tempted by junk food because it's not in the house.5 -
Think I've had more pass days than success days so I'm definitely in the 'Christmas got me Circle' . Heading home tomorrow and can't wait!4

@RangerRickL No winner's circle for me. I'm joining @am_change in the 'Christmas Got Me Circle.' I have hubby's New Year's Eve birthday coming up, too. December is a quadruple whammy with grandson's birthday, hubby birthday, Christmas and New Year's Eve. It's all good, though...no regrets for family or holidays.5 -

It's funny because I wake up in the morning with vertigo so bad I walk and feel like I imagine a drunken sailor would and think, this is the end of the UAC for December for me. Then after 2 rounds of vertigo exercises and a long nap (lucky me), I felt a bit better. Managed 25 minutes of hip therapy including squats and RDL's with minimal weight. Also took the tree down this afternoon and began putting Christmas away. Hope to finish tomorrow.

Calories: Yes, unfortunately I'm still low (about 400 under today) but I'm trying to eat when I can...................vertigo messes with my tummy

I think I will be in the winners circle, I feel like I already am there I have a knee brace that now brings me comfort and mobility which allows me to put off a knee replacement for about 5 years yes!!!
I returned to the gym today 20 minutes on the rower and 10 on the treadmill at 4degrees and a 3 mph pace I tracked and logged and stayed under.4 -
Exercise? Yes. 20 minutes yoga. Also about 2 hours cleaning. Only 5k steps (rain all day).

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk, and long walk for myself in the nearby national park. I'd planned to go to the gym, but went outside instead -- it was 68 F here today (usually in the 30s or 40s)

Pass day today, my third one. It's my husband's birthday so indulgences were high. I still expect to make it to the winner's circle, barring unforeseen changes!4
