Happy New Year to all of my UAC team members!

Yes x 3
60 minutes walk
Lots of cleaning (the van, the house we're staying in) so lost track of time and missed lunch. Meant I've had just 1 meal and stayed way under my calories.
Almost 7pm here! 5 hours to 2020!!!
Happy New Year!5 -

Exercised?: Yes (5 km walk in 38 mins - hills - twice)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Two walks today. So far under budget that I could drink an entire bottle of champagne and not go over budget (won't though).
Also wife made pavlova for dessert (my favourite).
Hope all have a great new year. Wishing all have a better 2020 than 2019 (even if you had a great 2019).
New year is a time for reflection. A time to remember what has been, learn lessons and chart a course for the future.
2019 for me has been eventful:- Daughter finally getting treatment for mental illness (REALLY stressful - and will be for a while).
- New job (changed after 13 years with one company - better conditions, more money).
- Finished in the top 50 in the country in drone racing.
- Saved a drone racing club from closing (by taking secretary position) and semi-merged that club with another RC club.
- Maintained weight in normal BMI despite personal, and career stress (thanks to UAC learned habits).
- Rejoined UAC family.
I still have personal mental issues I am working through. But those are part of my 2020 to do list.
Looking forward to next year.

Happy New Year, everyone!!
May 2020 bring great success in your fitness goals and in your personal lives. It's a pleasure and an honor to be on this journey with you all!10 -
The end of a decade! I looked up earlier when I started UACing. Nov 16. Back in Dec '16 only one member ( @2020pinktogo) made the Winner's Circle. And now look at this big long list of you who are going to have! You're made of different stuff!
Pass.
Anyways, as ever it's been a pleasure. See you on the other side!6 -
Happy New Year! I had so many pass days this month that I stopped posting but I still enjoyed reading everyone’s successes. An abundance of health and happiness to all in 2020!🎉🍾5

Happy New Year everyone!
So proud to be a member of this group.
Not in the Winner's circle this month. But the consciousness of UAC accountability has been very helpful this month. I enjoyed gathering without getting sick or feeling bad the next day.
Looking forward to 2020!7 -

It's a little unbelievable to me but I made the Winner's Circle. Normally I gain 3 to 5 lbs in December and then fight like hell to get it off in January. Not this year..............I lost!
I used all my pass days but managed to keep today under control very easily. I talked my husband into saving part of our NY's Eve dinner to carry over until tomorrow and after eating light all day I'm under by about 300. Also managed a short workout at the gym, first one in about 2 weeks so that felt good!
Exercise: Yes, 40 min back and biceps at the gym and 20 min hip therapy
Calories: Yes, surprised myself and came in 300 under............I admit to being a bit hungry all day though.............LOL
Logged: Yes, even the champagne!
I made the Winner's Circle by the hair of my chinny chin chin.............YAY
Here's a progress pic from my 6.3 years here. Overall a total loss of 50 to 60 lbs depending on where I am in maintenance mode. I'll never be thin but I am healthy and strong. Heading into my 70's tomorrow so I need to stay focused............haha

Happy New Year Everyone!
Today is a good time for me to refocus, renew my commitment and remember the “whys” I am doing this.
Today, I Tracked, I was on budget and I earned over 650 calories of exercise.
I used all my passes but my aim is for consistency and comfort in the long run, not perfection.
I made it to my first Winner’s Circle.
Have a successful day tomorrow all!4 -
3x today, exercised with 2 walks, tracked everything, and came under by almost 200 calories.
Happy New Year, everyone, wherever you may be in the world!3
