Oops - forgot to post my weigh-in yesterday, mostly because I’m on vacation and literally forgot what day it is. My weigh-in day is Sunday, and my rolling average yesterday was 99.1kg (218.5lbs). I don’t know if I even needed to weigh in yet since I signed up for January, but might as well get the ball rolling. Besides, I LOST weight during vacation, so that needs sharing!
My rolling average would have a good chance of dropping below 99kg before the new year, but I’m leaving town and my scale today and won’t have a weigh-in chance until Jan 2nd. Well, at least there’s a baby milestone in my immediate future.3 -

Most of you are probably not aware, but big changes are being made behind he scenes of Fat2Fit.
@jugar posted last night about an EXPANSION TEAM - The Downsizers!!! WOOP WOOP!! We have had a very successful recruitment drive this month and found a 6th team necessary.
It will be mostly made up of new recruits. To help the new team move along smoothly, we are asking for volunteers of veteran members to join them. We are also looking for a Captain and Motivator for the team.
If you are looking for a change, or have considered leadership, please let us know. We ask that you DM either @jugar or me, @beka3695.2 -

Okay, the power just went out, so let me try this again.

Down another pound, but still above my low November weight. I am thankful to just be maintaining as I have been caring for my elderly parents. My Dad is having his 3rd surgery in 11 days. Supposed to be out-patient, but so was the 1st surgery, which resulted in a 2nd surgery and a 5 day hospital stay.
My Mom has dementia so I am helping both of them while my Dad recovers. Her dementia is much worse than a year ago, but my Dad will not put her in a nursing home. I am the only sibling that lives near by, so I am really feeling the pressure. Just eating the best I can and praying for my sanity and to maintain a positive spirit.
Well, off I go to take my Dad to the hospital for surgery #3. See you all next week!10 -
Okay I am way behind on weigh ins, not that I am scared, I just need a mental break before the New year. I will be back posting my Saturday weigh in starting 1/4/2020. I have been tracking and consciously trying to limit bad foods and getting in a good daily workout.5

Hello Shrinking Assets!
I'm just dropping by to tell you about two full F2F group challenges we are going to do in January that will start the year on track. The Captains and Moderators have been plotting, and we hope these will get everyone going. More details will be coming along later this week, but here's a preview:
We're going to Make January GREEN. Now, I live in Quebec and I love winter and snow better than anything. But everyone wants more GREEN in our spreadsheets. Every time your weight is entered, the number turns GREEN if you lose (even 0.1 pound), and RED if you gain. Let's aim to have no red in January. We're hoping that EVERYONE will lose 1 pound per week. If you have less than 10 pounds to go, then .5 pounds per week. If you are on maintenance, then stay there. There will be no RED! None! We will have a lot of laughs with this, but still try really hard to keep each other in the green, ok?
The second thing will be a habit tracker. There will be a really simple spreadsheet that anyone can sign up to use. I'll put the names in and then share it. You'll enter up to 5 habits you want to stick to every single day. You will then go in and check off if you did it each day. We'll see how many green check marks we can rack up in a week. Teams will be competing! But the most important is for you to see your own beautiful string of green check marks. More green. I think we're obsessed...

The holidays got to me + loss of my kitty has been really really hard on me💔💔💔💔.....I've restarted this week; I was up to 161 so in my mind this is really a loss. I've gone to my Barre class on Sunday, have a yoga burning bowl class tomorrow to get rid of the bad juju tomorrow, signed up for Thursday morning Barre class @ 5 AM and hit the gym last Thursday and yesterday so slowly getting back into it.....sorry I've gained but slowly getting back on track....

Everyone on any team is welcome to use our habit tracking spreadsheet. The tracking starts on Sunday, but please go in and set up your name and list of habits before then if you can. - go to the bottom, and choose your team from the tabs
- put your MFP use name in the column on the left (highlight "name" and type in yours to replace it)
- add up to five habits you want to track daily
- check the box when you do it!
