    This was only a half win yesterday, my food choices weren't the best, but I wouldn't consider it a binge, just poor nutritional choices compared to normal and not what I had planned to eat. However, ate the stuff slowly and didn't feel stuffed afterwards.

    This is the worst month I’ve had in some time, I binged 4 days in a row! I am caught in a cycle of restricting and binging then restricting and am headed for disaster if I don’t correct this.

    I’m not upset with myself really. Of course I wish I had a better score, but I'm also not avoiding accountability and pulling myself back each time I veer off course. This is the change I am noticing in myself now that makes me confident I will succeed.

    Yesterday I was reading about how to stop and I came across the number 37 and I thought to myself “I could stop for 37 days if I really tried” It’s my current age, it's 1/10th of a year and it will give my body enough time to adjust. So I am starting my own personal challenge of going binge free for 37 days. I don't know why this number but brains operate in funny ways so it just might work.

    Sorry I've been AWOL. The work situation that had been causing me so much stress the past 2 weeks has finally been relieved, and I'm so happy! I really love my job...in fact, yesterday I had my 30-year work anniversary. I can't believe that I had not had any binges during the last 2 weeks. My motivation was not wanting to lose my streak.

    My urges have died down a lot. I am pretty determined to meet the streak I set so I am nipping them in the bud early instead of arguing/reasoning.
