    3 X’s yes. Slow morning with an hour of Pilates and an hour of yoga, turned it up this evening with an hour of kick boxing.
    I love that I can workout this much in winter.

    Really good on calories, it’s been challenging but feeling better about it.

    3X YES today. Happy with what I ate as well, still relying on leftovers/precooked food and quick cooking. For exercise I did 20 min of yoga at home. My first time trying a yoga practice after shoulder injury and PT and I‘m still lacking confidence. Might not try again for a few more weeks.
