Another pass day. Logged and was a bit over in calories. Still under maintenance, but not under my mfp limit. Didn't exercise much after being let out at 4 due to snow, though 8k steps. Did some push-ups, squats, and stretches, but sore from yesterday which was my first day back at parkour after a two-week break.6

Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes fairly brisk walk
Calories: No. The chocolat fondant cake was my undoing, but had too much whisky in the evening as well.

Travel Day today, but not setting out until after lunch.6 -

Exercised?: Yes! Got on the treadmill for 25 minutes—1.21 miles. A little bit faster and farther!! Got on the treadmill first thing when I got up and that changed my outlook for the whole day.
