I've been very fortunate to have never injured myself in a race before. This race I've managed to get a blister on the top of my toe. Not debilitating or an emergency but I'm hesitating to lace up my running shoes for a few more days, even though the rest of me says a shake out run would be fine. I went for a bike ride yesterday which puts me at 88/75.1

@janet - Ouch! I’ve done that once and it really hurts. You have my sympathy on the blister.
And yes. They really hate running in the cold. They are barking and whining and jumping all over when they see me grab my biking coat. Wait. That was excitement not protest. 😂0 -
