New to the group and praying I find inspiration from you all to help me with clean eating!!
I am on week 4 of the 310 meal replacement and weeks 7 of beachbody (Lift 4 and MM). Breakfast for the past 7wks has been coffee /creamer, lunch my 310 shake and for supper I make venison with a potato of some sorts and a vegetable. I keep my portions small! Almost every night our meat is either deer we harvested or rabbit. We try not to ever buy store bought meat.3 -
Doin the spaghetti squash thing tonight.
Making my own sauce (allergic to garlic) with crushed tomato and basil, sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peppers, parmesan, and precooked alfresco sweet Italian chicken sausage. Adding butter and colby jack to the top of the spaghetti squash.
Last night did cloud bread bun cheese burgers. Really good.2 -
And one more item to add:
I just made myself a lovely little dessert of ricotta cheese, cashews, cacao nibs, maple extract, and monk fruit sweetener. Really tasty!! I love my maple extract.2 -
Spinach and hard boiled egg with homemade warm bacon dressing (Alton brown) for lunch.
Chicken on Chinese fried cauliflower rice for dinner.1 -

Would love to join this group! After reading your past comments, sounds like everyone is eating what I am - organic veg, meats, fish and eggs - little dairy - but love cheese! I am retired so I cook for my self everyday and make up recipes on the fly - I am finding that MF is great for putting in my ingredients and MF calculates the calories, fat, etc. Great tool! - Looking to lose35 lbs. by October so on a 1200 cal diet a day. I look forward to keeping up to date on everyone7

For breakfast I had a 2 scramble egg omelet with mushrooms, spinach, cilantro, onions, tomato, and avocado and black coffee. Lunch will be 1/4 slice of homemade pizza with meatless Italian sausage and veggies. I have not decided on dinner yet.4

I'm right there with you! I'm 20 lbs into my 35 - 40 lbs journey. Started early November and planning to be at my goal weight by the end of April/early May. Was SOO hungry when I started but now I feel great. Eating less has allowed my body to cleanse and work so much better.1 -
@Safari_Gal_ , thanks! I am all better now
I went to NYC over the weekend and came back engaged! I am so excited!!!
We continued eating "Clean" and walked everywhere in the 30 something weather!
Anyway, today's breakfast was Egg bake.
Green peas, zoodles and mozzarella cheese baked in eggs.
Lunch was Salad.
Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, mini tomatoes, green olives, chicken breast.
Dinner will be Protein drink and soup after OTF.
I have apples and string cheese for snacks if I need it later-0 -

I need some ideas! Feel like I have been making/eating the same stuff.
Breakfast smoothie (because it's fast and simple yet filling)
Lunch salad with protein (because I love a good salad)
Dinner: ???
Tonight I may make lentil rice mujadara. With something that I can make with ground turkey.
Any ideas?? Turkey balls, Ground turkey sir fry, Lettuce wraps... Yeah, I think I'll do meatballs to go with the mujadra:)
How are you guys mixing things up? I don't go grocery shopping as much now. I try doing with what I have on hand.2 -
My dinner last night was a Hit! Kids gobbled it up

@weatherking2019 - I'm also struggling to come up with ideas to change things up.
Seeing the posts in here has helped.
I'm going to make some falafel.
I'm also going to make a lentil salad: thanks for that suggestion.
