Well, the bad news is I didn't lose any weight during my business trip. The good news is, I didn't gain, either. 217.0 Saturday and again on Wednesday.
Also, continued to log food and stay within my budget every day.
I'll try to update the spreadsheet later tonight.

I've been feeling off the past couple days. Not as interested in my workouts, just want to lounge around. Yesterday I planned on having some yogurt after I brought my girls home from dance but I just wasn't in the mood so I ended up being too low on my calories, I couldn't complete my diary. That hasn't happened in a long time (since I got my wisdom teeth removed and I was struggling to get calories in). And of course this morning I woke up with a huge headache and I'm sure its because I was hungry, but that hasn't helped with my "off" feeling. Hoping to snap out of it soon. The weather has been rainy and gloomy the past couple days so that might have something to do with it too.1 -

@thedestar I hope you're not getting sick! It's flu season and I felt exactly like this before I got sick 3wks ago. Vitamin C and Zinc just in case. Hope you feel like yourself again soon.1 -

I will just say (someone else commented on this and apologies to all of the men here but...) PMS is real and not nice! I always weigh a couple of pounds more this time of the month and motivation is lacking and food cravings are not! 🤪
Anyway everyday is a new day! Working out this morning and then here in the Tampa Bay Area our annual 🏴☠️ Gasparilla Pirate Fest season has begun and my family is in the parade today so I will get lots of steps in! Happy Saturday everyone!1 -
