    @RoseyandReady you just pick a weekly step goal, and then daily/every few days post your steps for each day. Then enter them on the spreadsheet, or I will when I check here. Theres is a spreadsheet for each new week... :)

    @jmalderman I soo relate with PMS and TOM, just the lethargy in general and lack of motivation is real!! I seriously could down a jar of hot fudge and ice cream no problem lol

    Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday but we celebrated today. It should have been my rest day but I did a lot of housework to get ready for her party so I don't feel very rested lol Yesterday was my 9th anniversary with MFP! I've used the website pretty consistently that whole time. Part of me is disappointed that I still need it after 9 years, but I have had 3 pregnancies in the mean time. Hoping by my 10th anniversary I'll be at my goal weight!!

    My evil twin reared her ugly head and all went to heck in a hand basket. After a great battle, common sense gained the upper hand and I am now back on track. Not without considerable damage.
    Steps: the elusive 6000 steps made its appearance, so not all is lost

    @thedestar I feel like I will need this place forever! I started on here ~2012 under a different username, and am finally dedicated to this process! Happy 9 years! Even once we hit maintenance, our journey is not over :)
