    Exercise: Yes Hip PT and a few weights at home for about 35 minutes

    Calories: Yes even though it was a Super Bowl day here I tried to stick to low calorie snacks but a nice dinner.

    Tracked: Yes, pre-logged it all and stuck to it!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Shovelled my drive 4 times, 1st time was definitely over 20 minutes, 2nd time was probably 20 minutes, 3rd time was less than 20 minutes and the 4th time was less than 10 minutes.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, red wine happened.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, see above.

    Need a pass day!

    @Dory_42 - the whole dating game concept. It sounds like an interesting way to make it more fun.

    In general though, I want more options. Sometimes “like” isn’t enough.

    Exercise: Yes - 10 min warm up, 20 min cardio, 10 min post stretch
    - Golf - 9 holes walk

    Went to a luncheon/fundraiser today. I was determined to make good choices. I was fine until someone brought me a second mimosa. I kept dinner light and had enough exercise calories to offset. I would have liked to use the exercise calories towards a deficit but ... the mimosas were quite good.

    In general though, I want more options. Sometimes “like” isn’t enough.

    I generally turn most things in life into a game. When asked what I do for a living, my response is that I play with snakes, spiders and seals. Then exercise of choice is a grappling martial art so we basically play fight. Those two take up most of my time so most of my life is playing
