Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, did my stretching, abs, p/t at the end of the day.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, barely. Hard to believe I ever ate only 1200 calories a day because I’ve been having a hard time staying under 1700 lately.

Today was a close one.
I barely made 20 minutes of exercise and it would have been so easy to trip and fall because there were lots of traps and temptations. I prevented a disaster by learniig to recognize my perfect storm and then modifying the environment to avoid it. Then I simply waited until the storm died down .
Kitchen closed!

@w8goal4life. Thank you. It was a race and there were 3 other drones in the air at the time. I finished second in this particular race. With racing, success requires both being fast AND not hitting things. I am not the fastest out there, but I am one of the more consistent fliers.@craigo3154 great video, crazy mad fun!
@Hollis100. Thank you. Yet they are enormous fun. Adrenalin rush without the physical danger (just don't get close too close to one in flight as they move VERY quick).6 -

I bake my own bread but not sourdough bread - so I bought a loaf as a treat from an Artisan baker.
Not too many people bake their own bread anymore. Congrats for doing so! My grandfather used to make bread from the Cornell University Extension Bulletin which is the recipe I've used, as well. I put some pages from the bulletin in the spoiler below.5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Shovelled my drive 4 times, 1st time was definitely over 20 minutes, 2nd time was probably 20 minutes, 3rd time was less than 20 minutes and the 4th time was less than 10 minutes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, red wine happened.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, see above.

@Dory_42 - the whole dating game concept. It sounds like an interesting way to make it more fun.
In general though, I want more options. Sometimes “like” isn’t enough.

Went to a luncheon/fundraiser today. I was determined to make good choices. I was fine until someone brought me a second mimosa. I kept dinner light and had enough exercise calories to offset. I would have liked to use the exercise calories towards a deficit but ... the mimosas were quite good.4 -

I generally turn most things in life into a game. When asked what I do for a living, my response is that I play with snakes, spiders and seals. Then exercise of choice is a grappling martial art so we basically play fight. Those two take up most of my time so most of my life is playing1 -
