 My treat meal on Saturday was more calorie heavy than normal and tons of sodium so I think that's part of my gain. School got cancelled tomorrow for my older kids because of snow (it hasn't even started snowing yet but apparently in West Texas and inch shuts down the town). I'm excited to not have to wake up early and all that chaos but I'm not looking forward to 4 stir crazy kids all day constantly asking for snacks It will definitely be a test for my self control not to stress eat!                        1 It will definitely be a test for my self control not to stress eat!                        1

 Starting weight: 194
 Week 1 Weight: 194.6 hard weekend of snacking and treats...  This is going to be a hard month for me traveling for work and my birthday.  Will probably not be a big loser... but will try hard to lose rather than gain.  I have a lot of work to do and will try to stay on track exercising and eating right.  Glad to be back this month.  It's great accountability to have to report.  Love reading everyone's posts...                          2 hard weekend of snacking and treats...  @sarahannsuarez great job, especially for a weekend filled with snacking and treats! For me, of I snack too much, I see a couple pounds increase, and would be ecstatic at the small increase you had! Try your best this month! You've got this 0 0
