I am back! So the end of January/start of February was really tough. I was sick for a week (still on antibiotics) then has a friend in town through 2/3. I didn’t even get to really finish January out, which was so frustrating because I had been so diligent! But anyway, I am back. It is so helpful knowing that I need to post on here. I need some accountability! I am about to head to my workout so starting out the day right and will get back on tracking everything.
So... my starting weight was 131 and I will be weighing in on Fridays. Happy Thursday all!4 -

Friday weigh in and I start my month with my usual slight increase 🙈

We’re away for the weekend and last night we had an Indian takeaway which was really delicious but also quite salty and obviously not totally on plan. I think the 1lb is down to that as I had been tracking a loss on Thursday morning. Anyway, I’m not dwelling as it’s no big deal in the grand scheme of things and I really enjoyed spending that relaxed time with family.
