Someone in the chatroom had asked about the best outdoor running leggings available...asked a friend who runs daily but it took her a bit to get back to me. She was probably out running! LOL Anyway my friend Leah recommends Lululemon or Athletica for outdoor running...hope this helps!

Water retention from last week's weigh-in (PMS) makes this loss look more drastic than it is. In reality, I've maintained a steady loss of around 2 lb per week. Which I'm very happy with.
What do others report on weigh-in days that coincide with period bloat? Seems a bit daft to report increased weight if you know it's just PMS.5 -
