Exercise? You bet! 30 minutes on the treadmill and lots of daily activity including liberating the remainder of my small clothing from the storage box. 11k steps total.
Within my calorie budget? Uh-huh! I've even managed to top 1600 calories two days in a row. Go me!
Tracked everything? For real!9 -
✅ 1. 20 mins elliptical, 25 mins bike
✅ 2. 1008 / 1460 cals eaten + 445 burned = 897 deficit
✅ 3. Tracked 💯 %
Used my 3 passes on 2/4, 2/9, and 2/10

ECT all yeses. I went to Monday morning barre class preceded by an elliptical warmup.
Rick, glad to hear your pain is abating. I have a similar issue that comes and goes, and it can be quite limiting. The barre instructor says regular core work is her advice.8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 1.5 mile treadmill run + 44 minutes of barre strength this morning, and an hour of gardening this afternoon.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

Ok, I had a really. bad. weekend. I ate worse than I've eaten in 5 months.
Sunday and Monday are pass days, which puts me far out of the winner's circle for this month but that's ok. Looking forward to my new day tomorrow9 -
