Exercised: Yes (walk 3km in 24 mins)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Emotional roller coaster today. Still confused as to why. Makes me appreciate my wife and daughter even more.
Busy work day on client site kept me distracted. Need to learn to say no at times.
Daughter had a crisis day today so has an emergency session with the clinician tomorrow. Was unable to leave my daughter alone tonight so only my wife went to the parents support session at her school replacement programme. Probably a good thing as while my wife was out, my daughter related the events that put her into crisis today. Now my wife and I can try help avoid that situation occurring again.
@RangerRickL. I woke up to a new day (with no mistakes in it ... yet ...). Being human, mistakes are inevitable.
The events of yesterday have occurred and are unchangeable. I can learn from those events and forgive any past mistakes.
As for being "mediocre"? If I strive to be the best I know how to each day, then that is enough. If that measures to be "mediocre", I can still be happy I have done my best.10 -
@craigo3154 - Sending positive thoughts and prayers not only for you to get out of your funk, but solutions can be found for your daughter.7

@craigo3154 - you guys are fighting for your child and your family...there is NOTHING mediocre about that - also sending my positive thoughts and prayers up for you all; RangerRick - thanks for the encouragement!7

Exercise: Yes Cardio workout Kickboxing DVD 20 minutes
Goals/Comments: I weighed myself Sunday and it was not good so, I need work on my diet and exercise. Cardio Kickboxing is my favorite workout so, I am trying to make myself a daily routine around that because I know that I will be more motivated... I am using a Cardio Kickboxing DVD that has 10 minutes of 5 intensive cardio workouts but I broke it down to two cardio workouts daily... that is 20 minutes a day..Monday-Friday and Saturday I will use my home gym and Yard work/clean up...hopefully I will keep it up but diet is another thing...I usually stay under my calories but my weight says that I am still not eating well enough or exercising enough. I think that I need help with my diet and I welcome any suggestions.6 -

I must say that the fact that we are here, is a proof that we are not mediocre, especially with all the NSVs we've all recounted few days ago.
Keep plowing on everyone and welcome to a NEW week with its surprises, challenges and victories. I am sure you can make it!9 -

Hi everyone.............back from our Valentine's getaway and none the worse for wear. I doubt I overate since we really only ate 2 meals a day and did a lot of beach walking, but I hate trying to log food when I'm away and eating out. Soooooooooooooo, I took 2/3 pass days for Sat and Sun and am back at it today.

ECT all yeses. I went to Monday morning barre class preceded by an elliptical warmup.
Rick, glad to hear your pain is abating. I have a similar issue that comes and goes, and it can be quite limiting. The barre instructor says regular core work is her advice.8 -
