Gotta work on consistency!!! Annoyed to see this gain, but it was up to 159.8 earlier this week. I'll be happy to get just back to 153 by March 1.2 -

Annoyed at this but still hopeful it's just water weight fluctuations. I've got a terrible cold and I've been eating at maintenance for a couple of weeks.
My aim at the moment is simply to not eat above my maintenance calories. My husband is having a severe mental health crisis and the last thing I need is to be trying to diet. But on the other hand I don't want to comfort eat and put on weight.3 -
