    Total weight loss: -37.4 lbs!

    Gotta work on consistency!!! Annoyed to see this gain, but it was up to 159.8 earlier this week. I'll be happy to get just back to 153 by March 1.

    Annoyed at this but still hopeful it's just water weight fluctuations. I've got a terrible cold and I've been eating at maintenance for a couple of weeks.

    My aim at the moment is simply to not eat above my maintenance calories. My husband is having a severe mental health crisis and the last thing I need is to be trying to diet. But on the other hand I don't want to comfort eat and put on weight.
